Whole foods

As much as is possible, we start with fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts and grains. From the beverage to the bread we soak, shred, slice and serve.

Nuts

Nuts are typically found in plant-based diet. We use organic raw nuts in our foods. If you have a nut allergy, please let us know and we can help guide your menu choices.

Grains

From whole wheat to quinoa to teff, the grains we use come from non-gmo sources, organically grown when possible. If you have an intolerance to gluten, please let us know and we can help guide your menu choices.

Seeds

Sunflower, pumpkin and sesame are just a few of the seeds used in our dishes. You may see them whole in a baked good or as a topping, as a spread or as a beverage.

Organic non-gmo soy beans and soy products have been eaten for decades and are part of a whole food plant-based diet. If you have an allergy to soy, please let us know and we can help guide your menu choices.
